Never been a fan of (usually soggy) crinkle cut fries. But...these are great! Crispy/salty exterior, warm/moist interior. Pair w/ ShackSauce for best experience.

Just the best! Meat is perfectly cooked, is juicy & flavorful. Buns are pillowy soft. The ShackSauce and chopped peppers are delicious. My fav here. Order extra sauce!

Fresh noodles are pretty great. Ordered w/ beef, not a fan, VERY chewy w/ lots of gristle. Try different protein next time & DEF order w/o cilantro!

Absolutely EXCELLENT. Pay the buck extra for the "spicy" upgrade. The salty chili oil, chili flakes, & what I think was fried garlic bits were outstanding. Edamame was fresh.

Chicken. Bit of an odd flavor to them. Maybe the raw red onions? Chicken was moist, flavorful, and cooked to pull apart state.

Wow! Chicken was so tender in stark contrast to crispy breading. Nice flavor by itself but lemon & sauce together made this outstanding.

Shrimp were quite good, BBQ a bit different for a dish like this but ok. Grits super creamy but absolutely flavorless. Added salt, helped, but still no detectable cheese flavor.

Did spice & sauce on the side. I think it's better to get it all sauced & spiced as it comes but it can be a bit hot!
