It’s very hard to gently cook a scallop to perfection w/o undercooking bacon. Bacon was chewy. Scallops were perfect though & sauce was spicy and tasty.

Very HOT. Chili oil floating on top & chilis throughout. Otherwise, love the tangy, salty broth. Ordered w/ shrimp, jumbo & fresh. Heat about did me in but will def get again.

Delicious! Crispy beef only stays crispy for a short while, so order beef & veggies on side w/ no sauce, get sauce on the side for dipping/drizzling. Tangy, sweet, salty - so good!

I think it needed same salty coconut drizzle as the Mango w/ Sticky Rice. I LOVE their coconut ice cream & their sticky rice is top notch. A lot of sweet, needed salt for a 10.

A great all around roll w/ lots of different fresh fish to try. I like the spicy fish & apple. The basil brings a “warmth” I don’t love, not bad, just not quite my thing.

Not a fan of the extra small vermicelli, it changes the whole mouth feel I’m accustomed to at Vietnamese restaurants. Otherwise, would have been a 9.

I love the coconut ice cream. The rolls are a neat idea but the rice & mango kinda get lost a bit. As a huge fan of their Mango and Sticky rice, it didn't hit that bar for me.

I love the subtle sweetness and coconut flavor of the sticky rice. The Mango is fresh, just perfect, and the slightly salty coconut sauce drizzle ties it all together beautifully.
