Add all the lemon. Pretty great, shrimp not a 10 but sauce excellent & buttery bread for sopping up that sauce was ideal. Had as meal, was perfectly filling.

Meat def dry & a little chewy. Absolutely have to use the au jus sauce - it's outstanding and made up a few points. Looks better than it is, sadly.

Beautiful presentation of fresh ingredients. Tahini was pretty strong & pretty much overpowered all other flavors. Texture is good, feels rich, but flavor for me just too much.

Heat plateaus & is not bad at all. Fresh (subtle) flavors required a little salt. Rich w/ coconut milk & enjoyed the fresh bamboo & green beans.

The base liquid/sauce is outstanding. This sauce comes w/ the Satey but I ask for it to dip lots of other things. It's tangy, sweet, & salty. Peppers & cucumber add only hint.

A little oily, but really good. Calamari super fresh, tender. Breading was almost like a crisp beer batter. Served w/ the spicy tuna sauce which is excellent.
