Still one of the best Barbacoa tacos around. Meat is so tender & moist, just a bit oily (in a good way), melts in your mouth. Rarely any gristle at all. Get Poblano Ranch too.

Fried avocados are crispy for about 30 seconds. Good layering of flavors though. Next time, get the Poblano Cream sauce to add a little richness that's needed IMO.

Flavor is good, I like the guacamole & added hot sauce for kick. But it's got a bit of a grainy texture I didn't really case for. Not smooth like others. Order w/ NO cilantro.

Carl makes the best, no contest, so it's not a fair comparison. But this is pretty tasty. Fresh-ish corn, enjoy the hot sauce & dusting of Cotija cheese, order w/ NO cilantro!

Delicious flavors (needed salt) but cut of meat was a bit tough. Was under-cooked from what was requested but even still a little chewy. Fries were GREAT though.

Excellent sweet potato fries. Crispy & perfectly salty, yet moist inside. There was a fight till the end. Try dipped in the Kerby Queso for extra fun!

Salmon just slightly overcooked, not bad though, fresh flavor, nice seasoning. Sauce is salty & spicy w/ lots of flavor depth. Overall, beautiful AND tasty.

Not a huge fan of Pumpkin anything but this was quite good. Very rich & moist. Melted butter on top was just the perfect amount of salt.

Always a crowd pleaser! Wonderful creamy queso w/ great guacamole. Order w/ NO cilantro. Good corn tortilla chips too.
