Ok sandwich, but not a fan of sauced up chopped brisket strings. You really miss out on actual flavor of their delicious brisket. Skip this "pre-made" and ask for fresh chopped.

Start w/ their delicious brisket, have ‘em fresh chop, on toasted Jalapeño Cheddar sour dough roll, w/ mayo & pickles. Needed no improvement at all to be perfect.

Burnt fatty "point" end. AMAZING. Thin sliced a nice slab, cross grain cut - delicate layers, rich buttery/beefiness, & the kind of mouthfeel that makes you close your eyes.

Brisket was so moist & tender. Just melts in your mouth. The butter toasted cheddar jalapeno bun is great too. Add mayo & pickles & perfection is achieved!

OUTSTANDING! Enormous, expensive too, but beef melts off the rib & in your mouth. Fat beautifully rendered, lots of smokey rich saltiness. So good, more like a special treat.

Best potato salad anywhere! Made w/ red potatoes & a touch of vinegar to make this on the tart side. Sweetened potato salad - blech! Basic & simple & just perfect.

Best beans anywhere. Pretty consistently amazing & I'm not even a big fan of beans. A little spice and rich w/ depth of flavor from bacon lardons and meat drippings, etc.

I really LOVE presentation. Pastry dough is layered & very buttery. However, it is SOOOO sweet & cinnamon does not come thru. You need to share this & have milk standing by!

Sausage had a lot of snap, casing tight & just a bit tough. Flavor good though, ample sausage & cheese. Yeast bread is fresh, moist, & does hold it all together nicely.
