Absolutely no salt used to season & rest. So...even though it's cooked low & slow, falls apart easily, it's super dry. Add salt, still dry but better. Nice smokey bark though.

Absolutely no seasoning or salt. Cooked long enough to pull apart easily. Some of the burnt tips have some smoke flavor. Mostly just a means to soak up sauce for flavor.

Creamy & rich. Noodles don't hold up long though (probably mostly rice) so has a mushy mouth feel w/ little snap to noodles. Creamy cheese sauce is thick & satisfying though.

Not exactly traditional Navy beans - seems like mostly Pinto & Red. BC of this bean change, texture was more grainy overall. Sweet but slightly different flavor profile.

Tomato based stew w/ what I presume to be all the leftover cuttings from the different meats. Needs a little salt. Overall, pretty rich & heavy w/ meats. A hearty filling side.

Pudding a bit grainy, nilla wafers are just crumbles on top. And banana included is small banana bits not slices. Flavor pretty good though not overly sweet.

Excellent crispy lightly salted chips & their salty, mildly acidic, slightly smokey salsa is so addictive. I could have eaten the sauce w/ a spoon!
