Best GF herbed bread! Moist, flavorful, w/ excellent elastic gluten like texture. Could have just eaten 10 orders and been content. Not butter w/ oil, that's ricotta. :-|

Good sour, sweet, but for me alcohol could have been a bit more smooth. Probably the Bourbon threw me off. Usually just enjoy w/ Amaretto alone.

Great GF crust, almost focaccia like! Ample Pepperoni but it was the Nduja that stole the show for me. I could have used WAY more all over. Salty, spicy, delicious!

Not overpowered by the cilantro, fresh avocados, great tomato & onion flavor. Could have been more tart for my taste, but generally a great guacamole so far from Mexico!

Blackened fish was good, but it was the Chipotle Lime Sauce that stole the show, elevated the whole dish. Even w/ stupid cilantro it was so good it erased that negative.
