SUPER moist cake, good flavor, enjoyed walnuts & carrot bits. Not big on Raisins but not terribly distracting. Icing could have been more sour/tart for my liking. Overall good.

Roll was a bit gummy like bread pudding. Flavor was excellent. I recommend adding pad of butter, cream, and nuking it for 45 sec. Then it's OUTSTANDING bread pudding.

Enjoyed but kinda like their Carrot Cake icing, the cheesecake wasn't quite sour/tart enough for me. Came off too sweet, had to eat just a bite or two every day.

Pretty middle of the road for me. It was chocolate but Nutella flavor was not there. Also, texture was a touch grainy compared to their other cakes/treats.

Was expecting a Pound Cake texture. Was a bit lighter, more cake like. Excellent texture, crumb, and flavor. Very Almondy - which I like.

They have REALLY nailed down a good GF shortbread recipe. It was dry & crumbly while being buttery & simple. Filling worked well. Should have bought more!

Interesting. I wasn’t sure what this was but I like lemon. Lemon flavor was delicate - could have used more. But I also really liked the Almond flavor following the lemon.

A St. Louis tradition, and this GF one is amazing. Honestly, can’t even tell it’s GF. Gooey, buttery, sweet, & just all around over the top. Whole pan pictured.
