Chicken has a spice I can't quite identify, I like it. Good cuts of chicken, cooked well, tender, moist, and flavorful. Salad was also surprisingly fresh and tasty.

Good mix of fresh veggies. Eggplant is more Al dente than expected. Nice rich (watery) sauce sweat from the veggies is great over rice. A healthy option!

Chuy's queso is a must. Rich and creamy with just the right amount of spices. Pair with Creamy Jalapeno and it's just magic. You might not need anything else.

Pretty basic. Cheese in enchilada was that fairly flavorless almost maybe rubbery/plastic-like cheese.

Really tasty. Crispy layers of sweet honey soaked filo and crunchy chopped pistachios. My favorite type here.
