To be clear, there is NO beef patty in this Brisket "Patty Melt" - my mistake. They make a patty of chopped brisket & that was quite delicious on the TX toast w/ Chipotle Aioli.

Tot perfection. Golden crispy on the outside, warm moist soft taters inside. Salted perfectly. You know they're good when you need no dipping sauce.

Good cake, moist, nice crumb, they make a good cake here. Buttercream icing also really good. Overall, a pretty basic chocolate cupcake however.

A LOT going on here. Lost the subtle Salmon a little. Toast was good, avocado spread was nice. Maybe a little less greens would help? Tasty, just wanted Salmon to shine more.

Banana muffin w/ PB buttercream frosting - what a GREAT idea. Cake was pretty spot on. Frosting was excellent - like they used real butter to make. Rich but not too heavy.
