Good cake, nice flavors, good crumb & texture. Icing almost there but not quite. Had a hybrid texture between cream cheese & butter cream. Standard cream cheese what I wanted.

I would call this Lemon Glazed Pound Cake and that would be a 9 or maybe even 10. "Bread" evokes a different expectation that works against this I think.

Ok, sweet on top of sweet on top of sweet here. However, a pretty good GF donut as the foundation. Good texture, flavor, & even crumb.

Their butter cream icing is likely best I've ever had, not just their lemon. Icing is rich but not overwhelming. Good balance of sweet and lemony. Nice cake too, good crumb.

Fish was very fresh, great texture, & good flavor. Gave it an 8 because Hamachi on the whole isn’t my favorite especially when compared to the Tuna or Salmon.

Banana muffin w/ PB buttercream frosting - what a GREAT idea. Cake was pretty spot on. Frosting was excellent - like they used real butter to make. Rich but not too heavy.

Never tried Thread Cake. Cake was super moist & fluffy. Icing was like a more dense whipped cream, so amazing. Threads had definite texture on tongue but melted away quickly.

I would describe as cinnamon cake. Texture is def not like a yeast roll. Good flavor though & ample sweet icing.

Very crunchy and dry, almost like a shortbread cookie but not as buttery. Good lemon flavor w/ nuts & seeds adding some texture. Quite tasty!
