Eggs w/ Ketchup takes me back to childhood. Might swap out poppy seed bagel for another next time. Good & quite the value I think @ 1/2 the cost of most other bagel sandwiches.

Ice cream was plain vanilla not vanilla bean, pretty average. Also, needed some egg yolk to add color & richness. Macaron good. Burnt sugar nice but needed more elements IMO.

A nice mellow cinnamon flavor. Excellent macarons of course. This flavor lends itself well to mimicking a warn snickerdoodle sugar cookie.

Where was the salt? Mostly just sweet w/ a very mild caramel flavor. Some flaky sea salt would have easily made this a 9-10.
