The icing is like a mildly crunchy hard candy shell, quite different than your standard donut. Nice apple & cinnamon, but ultimately over the top sweet. Needed milk!

Overall, I like what you're doing here. I really wanted the cream cheese tartness to shine through and it did not. Maybe sprinkle w/ flaky sea salt to add that missing pop?

"Finest" is a pretty bold proclamation. Needed salt. Super mild flavors. Noodles a bit too thick I think, a thin fettuccine might be better?

Coffee flavor was a bit burned. It was good, I don't mind, but others thought it was ashtray like. Caramel topping & custard filling. Taiyaki cone is just perfection.

Mushrooms mostly ground into bits. Was hoping for more substantial intact mushrooms. Sauce was great & will ask for extra next time. Not all that hot when served.

Fresh noodles are pretty great. Ordered w/ beef, not a fan, VERY chewy w/ lots of gristle. Try different protein next time & DEF order w/o cilantro!

Good, & fish patty is indeed crunchy. Very MILD though. Chipotle mayo helped a lot, get extra. But REALLY, it needed a spritz of lemon & a good tartar sauce instead.
