Queso is likely a roux base, doesn't really give that creamy diary feel. Good for SA & certainly not bad. Likely skip this next time. Just get White Sauce & call it good.

So stupendously addictive when accompanied by their delicious fresh salsa & crispy tortilla chips. Just bounce back & forth. Plain & simple for sure, but so good.

Hasn't changed in 30 years. Just great, so satisfying. Rice & especially beans are terrific. Cheese enchilada & tamale smothered in chile con carne, so good. Takes me back! ❤️

Excellent Cheese Enchiladas, cheese is a bit more elastic vs gooey - holds its shape when warm. Crunchy beef tacos w/ ample beef. Ordered w/o lettuce or tomato.

Takes me back to my youth - GREAT refried beans, queso a little watery but still tasty, & good guacamole. Love the serving chip cups & eating them when done. :-)

Asked for no lettuce/tomatoes - not what I got. Had it been correct, easily a 10 every time. Love the beans, cheese, & beef in the pillowy soft shell. Take me back to my youth.

What?!? Think soft center crinkle cut fries w/ super crunchy exaggerated breading. AMAZING. Get their tartar sauce for dipping. Trust me.

Delicious. Bananas are caramelized. The streusel style nut topping is crunchy/salty & pairs great. And the ice cream is phenomenal, really, maybe they make on site. So good.
