A little light, not quite the heavy density I expected. Yuzu flavor is pretty mild but works. We got a butt piece (last one) so a little dried out. If middle piece avail, get.

I would describe as cinnamon cake. Texture is def not like a yeast roll. Good flavor though & ample sweet icing.

Excellent crispy lightly salted chips & their salty, mildly acidic, slightly smokey salsa is so addictive. I could have eaten the sauce w/ a spoon!

Only a 9 because the Fish Taco was so overwhelmingly a 10. Excellent fresh fried crispy shrimp, love the pickled red onions. So good. Order w/ No cilantro!

Oh. My. Goodness. Order Fried. So crunchy, salty, crispy, savory, tangy, DELICIOUS that I actually ordered a second one. Fish is fresh. Cabbage sliced thin & crispy. Bravo!

Highly recommend Churros, it's a small portion though. Almost like Churro Cheetos. That crazy spicy whipped topping looks quite unappealing & was way to spicy for some at table.

Tres Leches Cake is very grainy, flavor is chocolatey but not overly. Not exactly downing in milks either. BUT, that Peanut Butter ice cream that comes w/ is sublime! Get that!

Absolutely no salt used to season & rest. So...even though it's cooked low & slow, falls apart easily, it's super dry. Add salt, still dry but better. Nice smokey bark though.

Absolutely no seasoning or salt. Cooked long enough to pull apart easily. Some of the burnt tips have some smoke flavor. Mostly just a means to soak up sauce for flavor.
