Whole pie. Nice pudding texture w/ ample coconut. Not too sweet. Pies are fairly shallow so filling is thin. Whipped Cream was about equal to pie layer.

Flavor is great on both regular & the tomatillo based sauces. However, consistency is quite watery & that makes it hard to eat - keep the runny salsa on a chip. No heat at all.

Could have used a little salt & just a bit more acidity & some heat. Better than avg though. Crispy shells, good pulled chicken. Sauces very mild.

Tastes like Kerbey Queso! Excellent, white queso w/ Poblano is so smooth, creamy, & rich. Great chips for dipping and even a nice portion too. Very happy!

Dryer than TX BBQ & had more snap. Absolutely NO salt used at all. Good subtle smokey flavor. Recommend adding salt & slathering in sauce.
