This is my favorite tom kah soup in Austin. I pass up several closer places to get this.

Very simple dish but it is not done better anywhere else. Only trouble I had with it is it was the first thing I had here and I didn't want to try anything else.

Very mellow slightly dark flavor. Great with a splash of oat milk and does not need sweetener.

Naturally sweet rooibos tea with elderberry. Very good with a splash of honey.
