Better this time. Needs salt to help w/ subtle flavors though. Good sauce, spicy, enjoyed the green onions. Rice cakes fresh, chewy, but not overly.

Very crunchy breading & their ranch is perfect complement. But either the breading or pickles had just a touch of sweetness & I was not a huge fan. Still good marks though.

Marinated pork had a nice flavor but there was a lot of gristle & fat unfortunately that distracted a bit. Sandwich needed mayo, soy sauce, & a fried egg.

As always, pretty great GF crust. Mushrooms were a bit dry. The chili oil added some kick. Adding salt helped bring out the subtle flavors of the mushrooms.
