Where was the salt? Mostly just sweet w/ a very mild caramel flavor. Some flaky sea salt would have easily made this a 9-10.

Ice cream was plain vanilla not vanilla bean, pretty average. Also, needed some egg yolk to add color & richness. Macaron good. Burnt sugar nice but needed more elements IMO.

Fresh bananas, LOTs of Nutella, and the hot fresh GF crepe is great. A little more sweet than I prefer. Got Regular size, enough for 2 easily.

OUTSTANDING Mango Ice Cream! Truly legit flavor. This lost pts for the mixing of fresh & dried mango strips. Made for weird eating experience. Maybe hold 1 or other next time.

Filling is pretty good vanilla pudding (not so much a crème brûlée feel or flavor) but good. Got large, mistake, WAY too much of a good thing. Burnt sugar as it should be.

Melted chocolate chips were a nice touch, they solidified but were wispy. Not big on pretzels in ice cream. Needed a little more PB!
