Slight pretzel flavor so not likely from NaOH. Very crumbly, and course pretzel salt just hydrates & absorbs. Not sure if GF pretzels can be made to match G versions.

Dressing not terribly flavorful. I added some salt to help bring out very mild flavors. Much prefer an in-your-face tangy punch the taste buds. Greens fresh, croutons crunchy.

A very mild dish. Pork was cooked well but pretty average overall. Added lots of table sauces to help. Egg roll tasty & order soup w/o cilantro!

Not sure that the filling really adds much. Was crazy sweet overload. Icing the donuts & then dipping in chocolate gives them double frosting already.
